All orders are subject to crop. Many of the items are in short supply. Please order as soon as possible. Bulbs listed are of flowering size unless indicated but we cannot guarantee flowering. We do not substitute, unless requested to do so. We may send smaller bulbs, at a reduced price, should stocks run low, unless requested not to do so. Naming is believed to be true to type. Any bulb not true to type will be replaced or refunded as desired. We do not send out poor quality stock - if it’s not to your satisfaction we replace or refund as you desire – a simple, no quibble guarantee!
Please order using the attached form. This can be sent to us via email but UK customers should forward a cheque by post (see below). Add your address to the order form, including email address. Postage and packing is free worldwide!
Please Note: Orchids such as Calanthe, Cypripedium, Epipactis together with Galanthus and other plants requiring CITES Certificates are only available to customers within the European Union.
UK Customers: should send payment with order. Post-date cheques to 1 July 2007 and make them payable to A Dickerson not Westonbirt Plants. No cheque is cashed until bulbs have been despatched. We prefer a ‘Limit cheque’ where you write above the ‘Pay’ line ‘not to exceed x pounds’ (where ‘x’ represents the maximum sum, if all items on your order are available). This allows us to make the cheque out for less should any items be sold out and is totally secure.
EU Customers: we regret that we are unable to accept cheques in Euros due to high bank charges. We are happy to receive payment in Euro bank notes or any other convertible currency sent by registered mail. Do not send payment with order until you have received confirmation of order. For customers who wish to pay by direct bank transfer details will be sent on request.
Orders From Outside the EU (including Switzerland and Norway).
We are able to export to most countries of the world outside the EU if the following conditions are met:
1. There will be a charge of £10 Sterling to cover the costs of obtaining Phytosanitary certificates. This charge will not be made where orders exceed £65 Sterling.
2. Customers are to obtain and forward all necessary import documentation from their custom authorities.
Customers from outside the EU should not send payment with order. Once we have established costs you will be invoiced and the bulbs sent on receipt of payment.
No cheques are cashed until an order is despatched. There is no charge for postage and packing anywhere in the world.
Despatch
Most bulbs will be despatched from August to September. Arisaemas, Lilies and some orchids such as Calanthe will follow in November. Please list any dates when you do not want plants despatched to you on the order form.
